I spent last 10 years working in corporate world in various environment – FMCG, telco, and tech. I held different positions from HR director to regional talent manager.
What kept me going was my curiosity in human mind and development. This passion already started when I was studying communication and psychology. I believe in growth, therefore my studies didn’t end there, and I continued with obtaining several certifications, such as MBTI and coaching.
Part of my personal development is also my nerdiness – I am reading a book per week, so I can definitely promise you a lot of tips. One of the books even led me to study at INSEAD, executive program Leading across cultures and borders, which deepen my knowledge and experience in working in international environment and with different cultures.
And what am I proud of? One of my biggest values is autonomy, so I consider as one my achievement witnessing my teams growing into senior roles and succeeding me in leadership positions, when I decided to dedicate my career to development of others.
My other value is perseverance, which is present in my free time.
I am waking up at 5:00 to go the gym.
I spend my time with hyper-active dog.
Based on International Coach Federation, whose I am member, coaching is long-term professional partnership, when coach partners with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
Coaching does not analyse the past but rather guides clients in their own goal setting.
Coaches achieve this by asking the right kinds of questions and, most importantly, do not give advice, set goals, or take action on behalf of their clients.
I am certified coach of Erickson Coaching International. The methodology is solution-focused, it is based on neuroscience, proven tools, techniques, and processes that help provide clients with the means to create truly transformational changes in their own lives. During coaching sessions, we will embark on a creative partnership that aims to design and implement specific, meaningful, and measurable changes in your personal and or professional life.

My mentor Eliška has been exceptional. Her empathy and support have helped my personal development. She gave me a lot of advice and personal tips how to solve difficult situations at work. The abundance of practical tips and advice for handling work-related challenges speaks to her expertise and dedication. Now I can say that I am more confident, I can deal with stress better and provide better service at work. Overall, it has been highly effective and supportive mentoring experience that has positively impacted my personal and professional growth.
Eliška is always well prepared, professional, empathic, and knowledgeable. I learn a lot from her, and I really like the mix of "caring" yet "daring" (when needed) of her personality. The leadership workshop I attended: I enjoyed very much this space that she created for us, to help us self-reflect, grow, and improve as persons and leaders. Not only she created those valuable spaces, but she also succeeded in structuring them and tailoring them to our skills, level, experience, and needs. It was incredibly valuable to take part into those programs and I can only hope that there will be more and more to take part into.
Dear Eliska, you are one of the most professionals in HR I have ever met. You have a strategy, you know how to make things happen, how to move rocks, and how to achieve whatever is needed for a successful company. Usually, you are at least one step before others, you know what should come next and you are prepared for it. And all this wrapped in one sentence: I appreciate everything you do for PEOPLE in the company and the company itself.
